Why? I guess because everyone's supposed to know what a Reuben is. Quick, easy order from a new-to-me menu.
Some places in town serve something they call a Reuben, but they often just do not measure up.
This one here is stacked 3 inches high with lots of corned beef and kraut, best I've had in town. $9.99
Yes, it's a chain, even started in Texas. But you will not go away hungry, but maybe with a touch of lockjaw.
