A little bit of Vietnam in Loveland, Pho Lan recently moved from a sketchy strip mall on US-34 to a better location, where Red Dragon used to be, near the Post Office. Huge portions of noodle soup, that is what they do here. You get your "salad" on the side, just dump all that in and stir.
Above we have their Pho Dac Biet, dac biet means "special deal" and it means you get not one, but 4 different pieces of cow in there. Come on now, be brave, when's the last time you had tripe for lunch? If you can't "stomach" that, select any of the the other 13 varieties offered. My favorite place when there's lots of snow falling or I need to cure a cold.
